The issue is when you try to open an excel document from PPC tools and the document is blank except for the first cell asking for macros to be enabled in order to view the document.
If you are receiving the issue, it should be a quick fix. When you open the Excel document, click on File then Options. Then click on Add-Ins and select COM Add-Ins from the drop down menu. From there, there should be an unchecked add-in called PPCExcel12. Just check that box and it should refresh the document with it working.
