When you select multiple files and select download, the progress bar shows 0% then after a second or two, presents you an error to contact support.
This happens when you select all of the files, but one of the files wasn't processed correctly. If you look at the list of files, most of them should have thumbnails (PDF's, images), the ones that are not processed are blank. These are throwing Sharefile off.
SOLUTION:
Select all of the files EXCEPT the unprocessed ones for now. Then download them. When everything else is finished, select the unprocessed ones individually to download.
