If you link from Excel into Word some character spacing may be off appearing as if theres multiple spaces when there isn't. To fix this, follow these directions:
Close all instances of word. Open up a new blank word document locally (not in Engagement) then go to:
File> Options > Advanced > Display > Check the Box to Enable it “Optimize character positioning for layout rather than readability”
If this still does not solve the issue please put in a ticket.
