Error 1004 Trial Balance

IT Intern -

1. Check Task Manager > Processes for any hung instances of Excel.exe. Close any you see.

2. Got to %appdata% > Microsoft > Excel and delete any Excel##.xlb files you see - then retest

3. If that didn't resolve, and it is a TB, try to run a TB repair. Instructions here: https://support.cch.com/kb/solution.aspx/sw4587

4. After that it could be other addins. Disable any addins in Excel File > Options > Addins > Excel Addins other than epace.
