Error: "The pdf file is in use by another program. Shut down the other program and try again." when print previewing or printing a return to PDF from Tax Preparation.
If you receive the above error, try to save everything and restart your computer. That should clear it up. If after restarting it does not work try this:
- Using the keyboard select the WINDOWS + R keys to get to the run line.
- Type N:\wfx32\tmp and press ENTER
- Any PDF files in this folder should be deleted unless they are for a client that is currently being Print Previewed on another workstation.
