Excel crashes or stops responding randomly

Issue: When opening excel documents from Engagement, excel crashes or stops responding randomly.
Cause: We do not know the exact cause.
Solution: Completely reinstalling Engagement, SQL servers, and Office. This has not completely eliminated excel freezing issues but it has significantly reduced the occurrence.
