Sharefile for Windows Refresh Content Guide

If you are running into issues where sharefile does not auto-sync a file a coworker may have uploaded, these steps will solve the issue.

  1. Have the sharefile directory open.
  2. Right click the open space.
  3. Click "Refresh Content"

If that does not solve it proceed with the following steps to reset the app.

  1. Open the System Tray in the bottom right of the taskbar   
  2. Right click the Sharefile logo and click settings
  3. To the right of "Reset App" click "Reset" to reset the app.
  4. Select "Reset" when it asks to confirm. It will then close and relaunch, prompting you to login. Once you are back in, you are good to go.
