If you get an error from PfxComWrapper asking for a user name and password:
Hit no then open up a new excel outside of engagement. Go to File ->Options ->Addins
Then "Check" the unchecked Epace Addin.
***IMPORTANT***
After this check for the missing engagement ribbon in excel add-ins. These often happen at the same time.
